Everything you need at a glance

arrow-right Icon Your apprenticeship

The apprenticeship usually lasts three years and provides you with all the necessary knowledge – from the basics to practical skills – and can be shortened to 2.5 years if you have a technical college entrance qualification, A-levels and good grades

Ideally, you have a secondary school leaving certificate or (technical) high school diploma, are interested in commercial processes, enjoy working with numbers and organisation – and work reliably and carefully.

arrow-right Icon What will you learn

Lessons take place in block phases of approx. 13 weeks – with 30 to 36 hours per week. During this time, you will be at school exclusively. The timetable includes business processes, economic and social processes, management and control and data processing.

You will work from Monday to Thursday from 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., on Fridays until 2 p.m. – that is a 40-hour week. The lunch break is from 12:00 to 12:30 every day and you are guaranteed 30 days' holiday.

After your apprenticeship, many doors will be open to you at Bohle. At the headquarters in Gummersbach, for example, you can join the IT, Legal, Human Resources, Purchasing, Controlling or Finance departments. With the knowledge gained from your apprenticeship, you will be ideally prepared for your next steps.
