Career

Those who start with us not only find a job, but also real prospects. Many of our current managers started out small themselves. With our diverse range of professions, we promote talent and open up real opportunities for advancement.
Apprentices
We provide training in five professions – with the aim of taking on our trainees and progressing together. Whether on the construction site or in the office: our trainees lay the foundations for a future with prospects.
Fitters (incl. foremen)
Whether fitter or foreman – you are right in the thick of things on the construction site. You set plans with technical skill, care and team spirit. As a foreman, you take on additional responsibility and lead smaller assembly teams.
Site managers
As a site manager, you are responsible for your construction site. You liaise with the foreman, plan processes, keep an eye on deadlines and costs and ensure that construction progresses smoothly.
Project managers
Our project managers supervise construction projects from planning to invoicing. They have arrived in management and maintain an overview of costs, schedules and quality – with organisational talent and commercial skills.
Branch managers
Our branch managers are responsible for the economic and personnel development of an entire location. They lead teams, make strategic decisions and ensure that processes run smoothly.
Commercial employees
All the threads come together in our administration at our headquarters in Gummersbach. Here, specialists from the IT, legal, HR, purchasing, controlling and finance departments ensure that the Bohle Group is stable and future-proof.
From apprentice to branch manager
We train our managers of tomorrow ourselves. Marko Graurock is a good example of this: from apprentice to branch manager. His path shows what is possible when you recognise and promote potential.

Forward-looking family business
Since it was founded by Ernst Bohle in 1924, the Bohle Group has developed from a small craft business into a diversified group of companies.
Through the strategic acquisition of further companies, we expanded our expertise and opened up new markets in the areas of fire protection, metal construction, industrial scaffolding and fire and water damage restoration.
In 2024, the Bohle Group celebrated its 100th anniversary – a testament to a century of innovation, commitment and continuous development. This anniversary emphasises both the deep roots and the future-oriented aspirations of our company.
Today, as an owner-managed company with locations in Germany and Poland, we are successfully established on the market in various areas such as insulation technology, interior work, specialised building trade, fire protection, fire and water damage restoration, services, metal construction and industrial services.
